People use computers for different things; communications, study, trade
and so on . They say that computers change our life for the better. But
do they do ?
Many people who use computers a lot, can have health problems . Their
eyesight gets worse if they look at the screen for too long. You can
get problems with your hands or arms if you often make the same
movements with the mouse . Computer users spend more time sitting down
and less time exercising, so many of them become too fat.
A lot of people spend a long time using the internet. Studies have
shown that children and young people who spend many hours on computers
become lonely and sad . Computers can be a really good part of
children's lives . But, parents and teachers have to help children
learn how to use the computers well.
